Status Page

A live, automated system status page is available at status.waggybytes.com.

This page reports both live and historical status of all Waggybytes applications.

It is hosted independently of the primary Waggybytes infrastructure so it will be accessible even if our entire data centre is down.

In case of an issue, please check this page before getting in touch. If it’s flagged as a problem on there, we are aware of it and will be working on it.

You can also subscribe to e-mail alerts on that page so you can receive updates as soon as they are available.

System Maintenance and Updates

Any regular maintenance on our systems and applications is performed between 7pm and 10pm (UK local time) on Saturdays or Sundays.

Emergency maintenance (for example: high-priority security updates) may also take place between 10pm and 11pm (UK local time) on weekdays.

We will endeavour to provide as much advance notice of service-impacting maintenance as possible on our status page (see above.) Please be aware that this may not always be possible.
